After 4 kids, the last 2 being twins, I had to have corrective surgery done and decided to do the Mommy Makeover at the same time. I went to the four "top doctors" for a consult. In my opinion, Dr. Gallas is miles above the rest. He was the only one to really sit me down and explain everything including the possible complications of the corrective part of the surgery. He made me feel at ease, comfortable, and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. The fact that he is double-board-certified sealed the deal because I would have one doctor performing the complete surgery. He has a wonderful friendly staff and a beautiful location. Before kids, I would always say that I would never have unnecessary surgery. Now, a year later, I can honestly say that choosing Dr. Gallas was the best decision I made for my body and my life. If you are thinking of any type of plastic surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Gallas.

I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for doing my breast reduction. I can now run comfortably and have the confidence to wear sleeveless shirts to school. When my cancer reoccurred in February 2004, Dr. Mennen Gallas was called in for plastic work. My awe and appreciation for this man is beyond words.
The original flap that Dr. Gallas had put in in February had to be disturbed. We nearly lost it. Through Dr. Gallas ‘ expertise, dedication and many hours of being there for me in the operating room and constantly checking it while I was in the hospital and during my radiation, the flap was saved. When I returned to my winter home in Tucson, I had some problems with healing and Dr. Gallas suggested going to a wound care center. He has worked with my doctor here and called me to check on my progress. I feel this man has been blessed not only with knowledge and expertise in his field but a wonderful caring attitude that makes him a tremendous asset to MDACC and his patients.
